Flatout Fitness considers all clients as individuals. Whether you participate in group or one on one training sessions you will be provided with programs or options designed with your needs in mind. If you have injuries or health issues, these will be taken into account to safe guard your health.

Before you can train with Flatout Fitness you should contact Mark to discuss your training requirements. You will also be required to successfully complete a comprehensive Health Screen form before any training can begin. See below to access the form.
