Tip No. 3 for Christmas
Now for Christmas Holiday tip number 3. Try to apply the practice of one alcoholic drink followed by one glass of water. Alcohol is preferentially metabolised by the body so that any other excess carbohydrates and fats consumed may then be retained as fat. Drinking water every other glass will not only positively affect your weight control but also keep you safe on the roads too.
