Good Health Tip No. 5 for the Christmas Holiday period
And tip number 5. Most of all this Christmas holiday period, spend as much time with the people you love, family and friends. And try to appreciate them as much as you possibly can. Don’t get too wound up with expectation and be thankful that you are able to spend a special time of the year with some very special people. Give them all a big hug and just hang on that little bit longer than normal.
The social and health benefits of group training cannot be overstated. Clients have often become my friends and friends of each other. Here are a great group of friends of mine from the old Gribbles Pathology days, Cheryl, Mark and Alex who have been with me since I began personal training. Thanks team!
Great effort this year everyone and congratulations on trying to affect your health in a positive way.
Merry Christmas and have a safe, happy and healthy New Year in 2019.
~In memory of an old friend and work colleague of mine, John Dawkins, who was sadly killed in a motorcycle accident on Sunday the 18th of November, 2018~.
