Five Good Health Tips for the Christmas Holiday period.
Hi everyone. With Christmas almost upon us I thought I’d give you a few good health tips on how to get through this wonderful but often tricky time. Here we go!
My first tip for this Christmas is to enjoy the day and don’t get too weighed down (pardon the pun) with guilt about overindulging. If you have been vigilant about what you eat and drink leading up to this day of celebration with family and friends, then one day isn’t going to make much difference. It’s the weeks leading up to and after Christmas day that we need to do our best to apply normal sensible healthy eating and drinking principles. When we allow overindulgence to persist for weeks, then we run into trouble. So, have a great Christmas day. Just have some fun for a day… maybe two.
