Christmas Holiday Good Health Tip No. 2
Tip number 2. Leading up to and after Christmas we get invited to many functions so try to include some healthy choices with the naughty ones. For example, try to compliment cheese and dips with healthy options such as raw vegetables including cucumber, capsicum, carrot and sliced tomato, or fresh fruit instead of crackers and bread. Use small plates so that the serving size is controlled and decide to return for seconds – only once!
