Tip number 4 for the Christmas Holidays. Make the most of the beautiful balmy mornings and evenings to take a few extra walks and declutter the mind. We all need to switch off for a while over this busy holiday period and de-stress for the new year ahead. Exercise is the perfect way to let go of all the worries and take a time-out. It’s also pretty good for your physical wellbeing too. Here are some of my Prospect training team who train in and enjoy the beautiful surroundings of Memorial Gardens, Prospect.
